Our method

How we move your piano

Your piano and your home are protected at every step, from the living room to the truck.

01

We protect your home

We measure the staircase if it's narrow, then cover indoor and outdoor steps and floors with thick rubber runners. Summer or winter, your home stays clean and intact.

02

We inspect and photograph

We photograph your piano before departure to document its condition. We empty the water tank of the humidity control system (Dampp-Chaser) and protect the silent system, if there is one.

03

We wrap it with care

Upright piano: plastic wrap, then thick blankets. Grand piano: we protect the music stand, wrap the whole piano, remove the legs and place it on a thick carpeted piano board.

04

Showtime!

Protected on all sides, your piano travels in a temperature and humidity controlled truck to its new home.

Difficult access

Complicated moves are our specialty

Narrow and winding stairs

Indoor, outdoor, spiral or with a landing: we assess every passage from your photos.

Basements and walk-ups without elevators

Carrying a piano weighing several hundred pounds up or down takes the right team and equipment.
